Making a dual kayak roof rack for your car out of pvc pipes for $50. i made it in an afternoon.. This kayak rack is designed to be used inside a garage or outside as an easy way to store your kayaks. this diy kayak rack will create more room inside your garage. if you choose to use this kayak rack as outside storage, then i suggest placing concrete pads or blocks under each corner to raise the kayak rack off the ground slightly..
