Paddle boarding. columbia island marina, fletcher's boathouse, key bridge boathouse, national harbor, thompson's boat center, washington sailing marina, wharf boathouse. rate: $22/hr. stand-up paddleboarding is an incredible combination of canoeing, kayaking, and surfing all in one! people ages 8 on up can grab a sup and go!. We like all the boating dc locations. the one in national harbor is particularly pleasant for pedal boating, which is not offered at all the locations. we like riding our bikes to national harbor and then renting a pedal boat. there is also plenty of easy parking..
